Currently, DriveUploader customers use two payment gateway providers. New customers use a Paddle gateway
and customers with subscriptions created before February 2022 use the FastSpring gateway.
Paddle
There are two ways to find Paddle invoices:
1) Open payment history in your DriveUploader account. You can access all your invoices by clicking on the
Billing history from your
admin page
.
2) Invoices for your subscription are sent each month after a subscription payment is made to the email
address you provided as your billing information when you created your subscription.
How to find invoices in the inbox:
Sender: DriveUploader (via Paddle.com) help@paddle.com
Subject: Your PLUS/PRO plan - monthly/yearly payment subscription transaction receipt
FastSpring
Invoices for your subscription are sent each month after a subscription payment is made to the email
address you provided as your billing information when you created your subscription.
How to find invoices in the inbox:
Sender: Klokan Technologies GmbH mailer@fastspring.com
Subject: Your Order: DriveUploader [KLOddmmyy-xxxx-xxxxx]("dd" represents a day, "mm" represents a
month, "yy" represents a year when the payment was made. "x" are unique numbers representing your
subscription number)
This is what an email with an invoice looks like:
