All data that is filled in the form is automatically stored in a Google Sheet on your Google Drive. This file can be found on the drive depending on the location you selected during form creation. Document structure The document header is made up of individual fields from the form. The name of each field is displayed in line 1 and is in bold. You can also work with upload time, file name, file size, file type, and file ID in addition to the form data (this data is automatically populated regardless of the form).
