Welcome to SRO's secure payroll upload portal. Please upload the documents you will use for SRO Payroll onboarding. You must upload the front and back of the documents. If the document only has a front (like a birth certificate) then only upload the front.

1. Documents cannot be expired
2. Bring these documents to the SRO set
3. Picture must be clear and legible
4. Upload ALL documents at once
5. After uploading - you will need to enter your FULL name and SRO Email twice
